Took them 5 hours to tell me they couldn't tow it because they have only two drivers out after the call Lady would tell me every 30 minutes I would call them that a tow truck would be there in 20-45 minutes which now means that the repair shop I'm having it towed to will no longer be open today and I'm not going to be able to get there tomorrow because some people have to work I wouldn't be mad about this if I was just told from the beginning the situation but instead I was told my car would be getting towed soon Service: Car towing

Took 3 and a half hours to come 42 miles to tow my car 3 miles to my house.Sorry it was not them my insurance didn't even call them till I had been sitting there for over 2 hours so it wasn't bad service from rudds it was bad car insurance.
