        Ordered a bed last week. Was supposed to be Wed, it's Fri. Tried to call about the status...NO answer. I let it ring 40 times, no machine. 10 min later called, rang 15 times NO answer. It's business hours. They are open. They are hardly there when they 'should be". When hubby went up to order it, they were an hour late opening store, no apologie's.

        This place is always nice. They don't have a big showroom anymore, but they have a lot to offer, it's always clean and the people are friendly. Also, if you have an emergency, where you need replacement parts *now* they have an emergency line you can call and they'll come in when the shop is normally closed.
