Ruth Elliot Designs

I called early this morning (valentines day) and asked about a single black rose. Explained it was for a young girl, who requested a single black rose for Valentines Day from her daddy. She explained that they could make me one and have it ready in 15 minutes, which was amazing. She also let me know it would be $8 since they had to color it. No problem at all, I was thrilled they could do it and so fast on such a busy holiday. When I got there they had it ready for me, and I asked to purchase a single pink rose also. I received a somewhat spray painted red rose with a little black in the middle. Which stunk so bad of the paint, which I would have been ok with had I known it was simply spray painted. I received 2 long stem roses. No water tubes or anything. My total was $17.16 for 2 single roses. Which I didnt know the total until I left and looked at my bank. Just totally disappointed in the quality of the 2 roses. For the amount of money, I could have at least gotten water tubes on them. I never leave bad reviews, and I dont want this to be bad. Just informative. Side note, the girl who assisted me had to have had a sinus infection or something along those lines. As she has cloudy greenish snot under her nose, almost to her lip. I felt so bad for her, he co-works should have let her know she has that happening.

Not long ago, my sister-in-law sent me a bouquet from Ruth Elliot designs. I was awed with how absolutely GORGEOUS it was! Also, I got so much enjoyment from them because the flowers stayed beautiful for a surprisingly long time! What a treat! So, when I wanted to send some flowers to my daughter, it was a no-brainer where I was going to order them from :) And once again, Ruth Elliot Designs did not disappoint! It was a last minute order on my part, and right at Thanksgiving no less, so I didn't know if they'd even be able to fill my order. Not only were they kind and friendly to speak with, they were interested and eager to provide what I was looking for, and they went above and beyond in putting it together and getting it delivered to my daughter the very next day! Talk about exceeding my expectations! I cannot say enough about how impressed and pleased I am with these folks! They so obviously care about their customers and put all their heart into providing the most beautiful bouquets I've ever seen. We are amazingly lucky to have them in our little town of New Carlisle, and I will certainly be returning them for any flowers and /or arrangements I need in the future. I am editing my first review based on the owner and her support for her community. It is obvious that she is a caring and generous person. I will patron this business again based on her kindness for others. It is very kind of you to donate your services recently to a grieving family. It does not go unnoticed. Thank you.

Thanks to Ruth Elliot Designs for an amazing arrangement for my granddaughter. I didnt place the order until Saturday afternoon and it was delivered on Sunday. In addition, photos of the arrangement were texted to me. I would highly recommend this florist. Their design creativity and customer service are first class.
