HealthSource of Ohio Mt. Orab Medical & Dental

While i was not treated at this office, im disappointed in the customer service of the on call doctor i spoke with. I explained to the customer service desk about my dental emergency and they took down my name and informed me that an on call doctor would call me back shortly. (Idk why they had me speak to an oncall doctor when i told them it was a dentist emergency) Instead of explaining that he was a doctor and not a dentist or at least directing me back to their dentist line, this doctor took me around in circles. After once again explaining my dental emergency, he said that there was nothing they could do because it had been years since Ive been a patient there. Then after asking me how much pain i was in, had the nerve to insist that i wasnt in any pain. He asked me where i had my previous dental procedure done and just told me to go there even though Health Source of Ohio did take emergency dental patients. After pointing that out did he finally say that he was a primary care doctor and not a dentist... If it wasn't bad enough that i had an exposed tooth, i shouldnt have to argue with a doctor whether i was in pain or not. I can understand the misunderstanding with the customer service desk but the oncall doctor i spoke with was unacceptably ridiculous.

Very hard to get an appointment at Healthsource, I call midday while they are open and I wait on hold for 30 minutes nobody answers. Then when I do call and try to schedule an appointment they claim “the dentist hasn’t been in this week” like why have a dental office if no damn dentist is gonna be there. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Had an appointment with the nurse practitioner Not impressed and really upset that when I asked a question about having pain on the bottom of my feet he laughed the never answered my question at all wth but will probably change my review after I see a Dr Ross sometime in the future.. Dr was much better thank you

Horrible health care center. They don't seem to care about the health of my children. Numerous misdiagnosed issues. Very slow.

Took in an employee on 3/9/2020 with a hand injury. Absolutely terrible experience. When checking in the lady at the front desk lost it . She had to ask for the DOB and SS NUMBERS 3 times before she finally got it right. Then said wait a minute so I can get a wristband proceeded to dig thru her drawer to try and find one absolutely unprofessional untrained and no clue about her job. Waited in the lobby for 20-25 minutes before anybody came to help... now remember the room was empty except for 2 others and my employee was in tremendous pain with blood over his wounds and roughly wrapped from the workplace. Finally back in the room for assistance. Young and clueless untrained Doctor was more concerned about his wedding ring then to take care of the issue. Hours later finally had it cleaned and X-ray. I would not recommend this joint for anything not even a shot. Totally avoid this place. Don’t go Ther 🙏🏿
