Set up an appt with Carter construction to look at a project and give an estimate. July 12 2021 Cody came out. Seemed very knowledgeable of construction. Said he would have an estimate in a couple days. July 19, 2021 haven't received any estimate or response back from Carter construction so I called them. Spoke to Cody, he said he has been busy with roofing jobs would have an estimate out that day. Received no estimate or communication from Carter Construction. 3 weeks later, Aug, received a call from Ashley, secretary? Asked if i want to proceed with projects, i told her i never received any estimates nor any response from Cater Construction so umm. She said she would talk to Cody and find out whats going on. No word back. Aug 31, 2021 Still no estimate from Carter Construction or communication. I called, spoke to Ashley. She said she would contact Cody and have an estimate out today, mmm? One and a half months has gone by. If this is how business is conducted with no response or communication or estimate, Please be cautious.

Carter Construction does professional and affordable work with unbeatable customer service. We have used them for siding, roofing, flooring, and other repairs and maintenance around the exterior of our house! I will never use another company. We have walked away with our expectations exceeded every time!
