Mark was recommended to us by our realtor and we were extremely happy with his services. We were scheduled within a week of me calling him and he was extremely thorough, our potential house is about 1700sqft with a finished basement and 2.5car garage, the hole inspection lasted about 2hrs and he checked every inch of that house. I would recommend him to anyone else looking for an inspection.

I have used Mark twice and both times have been pleased with everything. He really does know everything about everything. Things I have never knew or seen before and he knows everything about it and teaches you without judgement. A+ all around!

Mark is great. The first time we used his services, he was able to find major issues that ultimately lead us to pass on buying the house. 2 months later, we found a home we loved, and there was no question on who we were calling for the inspection. He is very friendly and explains all the issues he finds very well, even suggesting solutions on how to remedy them. He suggests you be there with him during the inspection, and I'm telling you, be there! Although his reports after the inspection are well detailed and explain the issues, seeing so many things compiled can be overwhelming. Having been there during the inspection, he was able to explain that a lot of those issues have pretty easy solutions, so seeing them in the report didn't wasn't alarming because I knew the fix to them.
