I have been a patient of Dr. Martins for 20 years, he is absolutely wonderful. He truly cares about the well being of his patients in every aspect. In fact, Iâ€™ve been a patient at WMC since my mother transferred me from a pediatrician. The care Iâ€™ve received for the past 30+ years has been fantastic and thorough. Admittedly there have been times when the office staff has driven be bonkers. The seemingly endless and ever growing regulations that they must follow and dealing with profit driven insurance companies must create high levels of frustration for them as well. Any mistake, oversight, or issue due to red tape has always been corrected with sincere apologies given. I would like to give more than 5 stars, but thatâ€™s all google will allow.
