Dear Mr. Wyler:We owned Two (2) 2017 KIA Niro Touring Hybrid back in 2018 and paid it in Cash. This vehicle was the best running vehicle we’ve ever owned until it had a recall issues and we took it to Jeff Wyler KIA Service Repair located at 1117 SR 32, Batavia, OH 45103. The recall was fixed last November 2023 and this car was running perfectly before we took it to your Repair Service.I'm a person who believes on taking care of everything especially my vehicle. When it comes to Oil Change I've always used Royal Purple Synthetic Oil (PREMIUM SYNTHETIC HIGH PERFORMANCE MOTOR OIL) SAE 0W-20 for this particular Vehicle.Eversince the recall repair happened, all of a sudden the Air Conditioning was empty and they claimed that there was a leak and when they put the "dye" to find out where the leak was they couldn't find it. Please refer to my Invoice # 655018 dated 03/18/2024. I feel that the Labor fee was way too high for $1886.53 + $605.21 parts Amount + misc charges for $39.00 + less insurance $100.00 + Sales Tax $161.44 = Total of $2592.18 paid in cash.On Saturday, 04/13/2024, we towed the same vehicle to Jeff Wyler Service Repair, my husband drove home from work just barely made to our driveway. We were there at the Service Repair for 8 hrs. to find out the results. When they finally run it through the Diagnostic Machine, they wrote the result and the estimated cost for $6900+. They said that the Catalytic Converter was clogged and it needs replaced. So we left the Vehicle at your facility for 2 days.So when we came home from there that evening, I went to the KiaPartsNow.com website, I found the KIA Exhaust Manifold Catalytic Assembly Part# 285102GBB0 for $1894.36. The Wrecker that towed our car, we didn’t know it at first but they also do Catalytic Coverter installation for many years and they only charge $75 an hour for labor. We saved ourselves $4000 with having them to do the job for us and they are very good Christian. Thanks and God bless you abundantly.Sincerely,Mansuela Austin

Where do I start…. The sales person was not attentive and was worried about other things than actually helping me. She did not listen to what I was looking for and offered everything under the sun but that! Then when I didn’t want anything she offered she was going to let me walk away if not for another sales rep that told her to show me a certain vehicle! I absolutely loved the car and decided to get it. I was scheduled for a certified used car inspection the following weekend as I bought the car the same day it was returned from a lease. That weekend I was not able to make it so I called to reschedule but was told that the reps can not schedule this kind of appointment for a weekend that someone above them would have to do that and that they will have someone call me back. A week goes by and no return call. I call again and told the same thing in which I state the problem is no one returns the calls! Later that week I cribbed a call but it was to tell me they miscalculated my income and needed to redo the deal and I needed to resign papers. I came in to do so but when I got home I realized that there was no gap insurance, no pulse lighting and no interior/exterior protection plan I had requested and signed for previously. When I called to question it I had to leave several messages with no return calls just like with the service department. I called the sales manager and explained and he advised he would have finance call me ASAP and scheduled my inspection. I did get a call later that day from finance who stated that I have all of those things still that it was just not on my contract. It didn’t sound right to me but I was asked if I still have my original contract which I did and then was told to use that as proof. I then asked questions about who to contact should I need to use any of these services and was told that it can be explained to me the next time I was due to be in because I was scheduled for a certified used car inspection. I came in for my inspection and left when I get a call that I was supposed to have signed papers again so I returned. The finance officer asked me did I forget and I replied no that he acted like my questions were bothering him so I said forget it and that I knew nothing about resigning. He said yea after he thought about it he decided that those missing contract items should be on the current contract. Two weeks later I’m getting a call from the same finance officer saying that the bank is trying to verify my employment. At this point I am just so frustrated with the constant one thing after another situation. I told him I did not understand the problem when I provided more than one pay stub the day I bought the car! I then had to contact my employer to ask how I can get a verification of employment done since my paystubs apparently were not good enough. I then contacted the finance officer and advise. that the bank will have to fax a verification request for to my HR department. After a week and no follow from Jeff Wyler on receiving or not receiving the verification I called for the status. A few days later I noticed my temp tag was to expire the following week which I was told they would call corporate to but a rush on it. It is now the day before my tags expire and I have received nothing so I called the location twice this morning in which my info was taken and I was told someone would call me back. It was after 4 pm with no return call when I called corporate myself and was told my tile wasn’t back yet to let the police know this if I get stopped!!!! Unfriendly, nonchalant, don’t return calls and an attitude that once they sold you a car and have your money on lock that they are done with you!!!! Never again Jeff Wyler and company!

Dealt with Jeff Wyler Fort Thomas to turn a Jeep Wrangler in after lease. Doug in Finance told me they would like to purchase the Jeep from me due to low used car inventory. I asked if I would still have to pay the turn in fee of 395.00. He said "No we will take care of it". Then salesman Jamal came back and handed me unsigned paper with odometer reading and said "You are all done". I said "That's it?" Yes was his reply. Today I found out I still owe the 395.00 fee to Chrysler. I called Doug and he said "We didn't buy your Jeep so you owe the fee. I told you we weren't going to buy it". I repeated our conversation. I told him no one told me you weren't buying it and Jamal handed me a paper and said you are all done. That was it. I then said I will call corporate and let them know how you handled this. He said "Have a nice day". End of call. He lied. The Jeep was sold at auction for 10,000 more than the residual. Won't do business with Wyler anymore. Have 2 Jeeps from them with one lease up next year. It's terrible to deal with car sales/finance people who lie.

If I could leave a negative 5 star review, I absolutely would ! The worst dealership I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with is the Springfield Ohio location. The salesman are rude, unprofessional and every single one of them should be re-trained at minimum. Purchased a NEW kia online, told by the salesman that it had 10 miles on it and we needed the information to be accurate for insurance purposes. When the vehicle was delivered (driven by someone from Springfield Ohio to Circleville Ohio, the vehicle had 600+ miles on it and the interior was stained, even the headliner ! It was obviously one of their loaner vehicles that they claim legally passes as a new vehicle by law because of the low mileage. It should have been labeled as a pre-owned just due to the poor condition of the interior, let alone the 600+ miles on it ! It even had a lengthy Kroger receipt inside from someone grocery shopping while driving the vehicle. We called the Springfield dealership to complain and was told to return the vehicle and go purchase one from someplace else. Anyways, I would NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from this company and my next stop is the Better Business Bureau.
