Got charged $138 for a walk in for my eyes at this Health Center. I walked in before they closed (didn't know when they were going to close) and was rushed through everything. Spent no more than 10 minutes in the building between waiting room and speaking to the doctor. He recommended eye drops and that was that. Bruh you think ima pay $138 for THAT? Absolutely not. No exam was done or anything. Absolutely pathetic.

Evelyn at the front desk, was rude,asking to sign paperwork just to be seen, when we have multiple appointments there before, my mom was in so much pain, making check in super difficilt, and thread me to call the dr for my mom to be seen after having knee replacement surgery! Worst customer service ever seen at metrohealth!

I guess they have a new protocol to send some urgent care patients up to the second floor? I waited for 2 hours to be seen on this second floor even thou there was barely anyone waiting. I guess whatever new thing they are trying is failing miserably. They used to be great. Now, at an attempt to shift their work load they have made it worse. Ive been waiting for this one doctor whom they keep naming that Im waiting for and he is still a no show. Im now 3 hours in. I guess Ill update again? God help me!
