    Call to cancel amerimark membership since I never got coupons, Mary customer service rep was trying to over talk me, stating she cancel membership but trying to reenroll me at the same time. Tried to put order in for face masks I had not seen,asked for card info (4) times, but got upset when I asked for her name I had to ask 3 times, then she said I needed to call back after I had been on phone with her at least 20 minutes, when I told her I was not calling back she said goodbye and hung up. My account better get credited for $24.99!

    I brought a pair of shoes from them that cost $84.96. Got the shoe today look into the shoes box try on they're too small for me. See on the invoice that you can not return them. Because they on clearance sales final. Call them find out the shoes is on sale for $59.97. If I didn't call them I would be paid the full price for them . The young lady change the price to $59.97. But I should have been able to exchange them because they charge me full price. You couldn't exchange them. Because you charge me full price at first price. Before you change the price. Don't want anything from them again.

    I made a purchase online in October for a Christmas present. Starting in November I started being charged $14.95 a month for some 'Amerimark FeelGood membership' that I was automatically enrolled in for a 30 day trial period and then charged monthly for after that. Sneaky and dishonest, I can't believe they are still allowed to do business. Update: I contacted customer service, they gave me a number for Amerimark customer service. They told me they would cancel my 'subscription' and refund me for the 5 months of subscription fees. A week later the refunds were issued to my account. I do not appreciate their sneaky way of 'subscribing' people, but I am impressed that I actually received a refund.

    I wish that I had checked the reviews before ordering from this company. I placed an order. I received that with no problems & happy with the product but a few weeks later there was another unauthorized charge of $14.95. I never signed up for anything and had no clue why. They apparently charge for some membership I know nothing about & of course no offer for my $ back. So, lost out $ for nothing apparently. Does this company really think that we work for our $ just to throw it away on nothing. Shady, taking advantage of people. I'll never order from them again. Too bad because there were some products that I saw & would've bought in the future if they were a good company. Not worthy the aggravation or chance of getting ripped off.
