Before switching over, we dealt with slow internet and rates that seemed to climb every month! After we finally had enough I called in to see if any progress had been made on extending the services lines to my home... to my surprise.. they completed the service upgrades in my area a few months ago!!!! At first we thought swapping over our home services would be difficult and take a lot of time, but it didn't. The call lasted just over 10 minutes, and in that time, we were quoted services, assisted in learning more about the service, paid for the service and scheduled the mailing of our equipment. Overall the entire process was convenient and other providers should take notes!!!

Very impressed with the level of service I've received so far after getting the service. The customer service rep I spoke with was able to save my home phone number that I've had for 20 years and that meant a lot to me! There was no wait when calling in and the internet speed is truly something of a spectacle!! Will continue to test out the service to see how it holds up throughout these next months

Very glad we called in. our call was answered quickly and professionally by Travis. He was very patient with me translating for my Mom. We're both happy with the level of service we got and the price is very affordable
