Roche Girard came out for an estimate and spent an hour with me. Seemed like a nice guy. Then I never heard back regarding the estimate so I called and left 2 voice messages on his cell phone over a span of a couple weeks with no response. Here it is now over a month and I never heard back. Bad impression and unacceptable! Why would you come out and spend an hour then never follow up with the estimate? If you don't want the job at least tell me that instead of leaving me hanging. Poor business practice. Don't recommend!!!!

Professional, punctual, and above all compassionate. Converted my fathers septic over to sewer and did an absolutely flawless job. Extremely fair pricing, and the owner was understanding of extenuating circumstances when he didnt have to be. Do business with this company if youd like to be treated as a human being instead of just a number. Thank you Girard, youll be my first call if the need for your services ever arises at any of my familys properties or my own. 15 stars out of 5.

Girard Construction was highly recommended to us by neighbors who had used them to install their waterline. After getting many estimates and no-show contractors, we called Girard Const. Roche and his crew came out and were extremely knowledgeable with Medina Cty requirements and carrying them out. In the process of installing the waterline, he suggested filling in the ditch in front of the house, which turned out to be not only a great functional idea, but also aesthetically appealing. Since we were so pleased with Roche's work on our waterline, we contacted him when we had an emergency septic problem and he responded same day! He has proven to be an excellent resource for our waterline, septic system and exterior electrical outlet installations. We won't even think about calling anyone else and highly recommend him to anyone needing such work.
