        My life with Highland Oaks began when I could no longer care for my husband and I had to put him in a health care facility. We chose Highland Oaks, the home itself is immaculate, the employees are some of the sweetest people I have ever met, they know their jobs and they do them well. The food is great. After coming almost daily for three years, these people became my second family. I feel God opened a door for me I never would have chosen, I am now a volunteer, and a family ambassador. I have fallen in love with the residents
