The onboarding sales person was very professional in setting things up. The virtual assistant, Tiffany, asked some pertinent questions, well targeted. She then went ahead with only quick question or two and charged ahead on the project, which involved harvesting e-mails from a directory. She collected an astonishing 1,500 + in one week. I couldn't've asked for more.

I am an attorney who utilized a full time assistant for over 30 years. Approaching retirement and moving to part time practice, I decided to give EVA a try. After the initial interview assessment, EVA assigned Sharon to assist me. This has worked out splendidly for me. Sharon has been diligent and competent in doing whatever has been necessary to meet the needs of my practice, more often than not involving serious time pressure that arises with transactional work, at a fraction of the cost of a full time dedicated assistant.
