        Unless you want to get sick, don't bother. Two times now sick from them. They need a health inspection done by the county.

        I order from here often online through doordash I've never been asked for a confirmation number however today when I arrive to pick up my smoothie there was a guy in front of me who had to pick up order as well the cashier gave him his order with no problem. But when I asked for my order the cashier stated "do you have a confirmation number I have to ask because people try try things" I found that very rude and disrespectful! I did speak with the manager on duty she was very nice and understood. This created a negative customer experience and I do not want this to happen again

      Levanda, so glad you love the Sunshine Smoothie, it is a good one! It would not be unusual for a crew member to ask for verification for any third-party order, such as Doordash or Uber Eats. They are just trying to verify that the correct order goes to the correct person. Online orders through our website or app, as apparently the guest before you, are not always verified, unless they are not done when the guest comes in, as they are placed on our pickup rack.
