This place is a joke. The people working here are very uneducated. All of my pearl jewelry was ruined by a worker, it took over a month for them to reimburse me. Then when my other jewelry was not sent out for a rhodium coating, another mistake on their end, they tried to explain that rhodium is nickel (no it's not) and tried to sell me a different ring instead of just admitting they messed up again. Staff turn over is rediculous and the people they've hired are ignorant.

As of May, 2017, I have to rate this a five star. Previously, the rating would have been 1 star or less if possible. I took a watch in for battery replacement, they broke the wach , and of course it "wasn't their responsibility." New manager Kim Hall made sure I was taken care of and satisfied. She followed up with me and made sure I was satisfied with the options I was given. Osterman's is on a positive move forward!!!!!!!!!!!!
