Never work for this company. They dont have your best interest in mind. If you cant get the job down in two weeks they will let you go. They will not move you to another department they will let you go with out hesitation.

If you have a ( hidden factory defect ) they will not honor that under their warranty ! They claim warranty does not start until installed. The defect is there before installation !!!

Ridiculous! Door is missing multiple parts out of the box. We called Therma-Tru's customer support number. They verified the parts were supposed to bthere. Then stated we needed to call Lowe's to have them order the parts from them? After explaining it to Lowe's customer support they contacted Therma-Tru. Then told us it would be 5-10 days till we see the part. So now I can't get into ir out of my front door. And its leaking cold air into my house and it could be 10 days or more till i can get it fixed. Just ridiculous.

Same problem as others below, they dont honor warranty when there is an issue. In my case they sent a part with wrong dimensions. It was a small defect I can live with, but I am avoiding this brand for other work I need. You should avoid it too
