Really disappointed by the food here. Kale salad tastes like leaves soaked in salt. Terribly, terribly dressed, which wastes all the fresh ingredients that go into the salad itself. Bubble tea is sweet to the point of disgusting, and they don't allow you to adjust sweetness level because they use pre-made powders instead of fresh tea. Does that sound healthy to you? It's not. Worst of all is the fact that the owner seems to be Asian because I feel personally offended that the food of my people is being sold in this fashion and at this level of quality. If you can't be bothered to brew some actual tea and you're using FRO YO BUBBLES for your sugar bomb drinks, stop selling it under the name, "bubble tea"! It is just laughable that this can even be considered "healthy" Asian fare. It is neither healthy nor Asian.

This was my second time ever going to balance and I was very impressed with the staff! I didnt know much about bubble tea and they helped explain the drinks in great detail! I ordered the neon lights with extra bubbles and asked for some to be placed on the top and the bottom and they were more than happy to do so!
