This place was easily the worst place to have worked for and furthermore from the looks the worst place to send your loved ones. Management is horrible and majority of staff thinks they are management.

After my son was told he was accepted as a client here, a few days later his SSA was told he was not accepted without listening or asking his family what was going on. My son is autistic and was getting excited to start a new chapter in his life. After talking this place up to him for couple days, I had to tell him he was not going and he had to go somewhere else.. Not the way you do business. I will never recommend them.

My son was a recent resident. He was there from April until late Sept. While he was there he had multiple issues with his care. Several times he did not get morning meds until the afternoon. From day one the social worker who did not understand the medical aspects of his condition was focused on him moving to a more independent setting. She got angry about family members reaching out and expressing concern and said we treat him like a baby and eluded we should not be calling. He has a serious disease and was there to get stabilized. Every time he complained about feeling ill they would not listen and he would have family call and they told us it was anxiety. That so called anxiety put him in the hospital twice. On the first occasion he needed a transfusion and was diagnosed with covid after we complained about some staff not wearing masks. The administrator admitted an agency aide had covid and was not wearing one and infected the residents. On the second occasion a family member who works in health care called multiple times with concerns over how sick and jaundice he was. She was told it's anxiety. She met him at a specialist that week. He was immediately taken from there to the hospital and the Dr was upset about his care. He was also upset because his weekly blood draws had not been done for 3 months. He was in serous condition and spent over a week in intermediate care. The Dr stated the problem was related to him not being monitored with labs and the wrong diet for his condition. He has since transferred to another facility and with proper care has improved dramatically

The staff was amazingly friendly, very personable and caring. The kitchen staff combined probably had the IQ of a gold fish. The food portions where super small, usually room temp or even cold. The food it's self wasn't bad but not as good as the menu would make it sound, lemon crusted seared fish was nothing more than microwaveable frozen fish sticks. The doctor, who only showed up once to twice a month (I only got to see him 1 time, for less than 5 min. in a month and a half despite asking daily) was of no help and didn't seem to share my concerns about my health. The rooms absolutely do not look anything like the pictures show on here. Overall I've been to worse places, the Doctor on staff and the kitchen where my 2 biggest complaints. Once again the staff where caring beautiful people
