Awful and unpersonable company to work with. Their headquartered in an apartment building where they constantly disturb tenants with construction noise, stomping as loud as humanly possible up and down the stairs all day long. When addressed about how loudly they close all of their cabinets and doors - we were met with excuses about the drafty door instead of viable solutions you would think a CONSTRUCTION COMPANY could provide and fix, but they must just be that terrible at what they do. If i could leave a lower star, I would. Not to mention, the creaky floor boards in every square inch of the apartments they rent out, loud and broken stairwells with outdated carpet and the open access doors to the building that allow homeless people in to hide at night. The continued passive aggressive slamming instead of considering the outrageous rent price people pay in order to have a quiet, safe dwelling for their children is constant and unwaivering. Completely unbothered by their negative impact on the tenants. This company cares nothing for their customers, fixing things properly or the tenants that they disturb by having such a noisy office and inconsiderate group of office employees. Theyre only interested in taking good peoples hard earned money and their own daily agenda.
