Deerfield Urgent Care

If I were rating the staff and facility seperatly, I would give the staff 5 stars for friendly and quick service. We have used this provider for sports physicals in the past and their physician has always been thorough, personable and competent...which is enough for our needs. If I were rating the facility, I would likely give them a 2. When we arrived, my first thought was that it was closed down based on the overgrown shrubs and overall outside appearance. Lighting was poor (burnt/non working bulbs), floor was unclean, ice melt still sitting in lobby entrance (it's July), no soap in the restroom (dispenser appeared broken/removed), etc.

They were very kind and professional. Dr Sanders was so helpful and made sure to answer any questions I had very thoroughly.

Waited a long time to be seen only to have the doctor (or nurse practitioner or whatever she was) misread my xray. She came back later to explain she had missed the break in her first review, but left me really questioning the quality of care I received. Will not be back.

Great care! Employees were great. They saw me two days in a row to make sure my injuries were treated properly. They even took time to find somewhere for me to go for longer care treatment.
