Everything about the venue is perfect with the exception of how they organize some of the tennis matches. I don’t think the individuals who decide which courts the players play on watch much tennis themselves. World class top players often end up on courts with very little seating (the best example being the 2019 Osaka-Hsieh match where many were standing or left to wait outside). It’s an incredible event with an incredible staff and atmosphere, nonetheless, and it’s amazing that Cincinnati gets to have it’s own Master’s tournament.
