I love applebees. I enjoy coming here with friends and family. The servers and staff are nice and kind. The food almost come on time and you cannot beat the monthly $1 drinks. Last time me and friends had a very good time here. The food was good and fresh. A nice place to hang out with friends and family.

This was the worst experience ever. Upon arriving to have dinner with my family everything seemed fine. The waitress took our order and brought out silverware and drinks. It was 15 min into our meal that we were told that there was issues with the pop. Np other information than that was provided to us. Then 30 min later after asking where our food was we were told that there was water issues as well as no pop. At no time had a manager ever presented themselves to apologize. The waitress was extremely apologetic and brought out water

Service is absolutely terrible here! Our server was ignoring our table, he would help all the tables around ours... but would refuse to do anything for us. He also copped a huge attitude when we asked him to bring us silverware out. Also the food was super cold, & considering people that ordered at the same time as us had there food way before us.. found that super ridiculous also...
