I have been buying my glasses at Lens Crafters for years, This March 2018 will be my last time. I have had two pr made and still can't wear either one of them. I paid $559.00 for my coach glasses. I took them back three times. The last time the manager said that is it I have adjusted them all I can. I walked out and haven't returned.

The LensCrafters at 4600 Jonestown Rd Ste 74, Harrisburg, PA 17109 is a circus! I went in for an eye exam and saw one Optometrist, Dr. Chango, who told me my glasses were too strong for me because my vision had gotten better since my last exam over a year ago, and I needed a new prescription. I went back a week later and saw another Optometrist, Dr. Murato, and he conducted a second eye exam and told me my vision had decreased by 40 points within a week. When I asked him how is that possible, he asked me if I had severe diabetes. There was a machine in the room that the other Optometrist used during my first eye exam, but Dr. Murato relied on himself for accuracy. He was grabbing different lenses from the drawer, spinning around, and holding them up in front of my face at different distances and angles, yelling "close your eye!" He was the main act. The staff was rude. I attempted to shop for glasses, but the staff was not knowledgeable enough to inform me of which pair of glasses I could get with my prescription, so I wasted over an hour and ended up leaving without glasses. After 4-5 visits, I did not have a trustworthy prescription, glasses, or contacts, so I gave up. I have never had such a hard time getting a standard eye exam in my life. I have been wearing glasses for 24 years! Aren't Optometrist supposed to be able to conduct a routine eye exam at some point before being able to graduate? I do not know how this location can still be in business. I asked the Office Manager, Michelle, for a full refund, and she refused. She did not see anything wrong with the fact that I was a customer who paid for a service that I never received. Let me break it down for you Michelle, you have my money, and I have nothing. I hope that helps.
