baffled this place has over 3 stars. absolutely mediocre. the food was terrible. i ordered a hotdog and the bread was hard as a rock. went to get another one and it tasted like hot trash. and its extremely expensive! not just for the food but for the tickets as well. customer service was average no major complaints there. i will never come back.

I would go more often if there was a better experience because the location is close and convenient but the theater is no more excited about customers coming as I am about to visiting the darkened, not exciting and unloved theater. This location used to have exclusives and promos for movie releases and engaged staff willing to offer opinions and help. The outer lobby is empty and darkened and there were no smiles during concessions or ticket taking. Theater audio and sound system were really bad and had not been calibrated and I heard another patron complaining about their theater also. The dialogue was indistinguishable it was too loud and distorted we had to move around theater just to find spot that was ok for the audio but missed first 10 minutes of the movie.
