I typically get deep tissue, but the lady I had was really rough... I had asked her to lighten up on pressure a couple times and she would for a moment before going in too hard again. I think she noticed it was too much because she would have to remind me to breath..
I left trying to convince myself that it was just a deeply needed massage, not that it was bad. But by the end of that day I had bruises and could hardly lift my arms.
My friend had a similar experience, but not as harsh and no bruises, she did feel like the towel in the crock pop burned her a little
Otherwise, rooms seemed clean and well taken care of. I won't be back though
