    BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give zero stars I would. You do not want to do business with this company. The owner of the company himself is not a great person. You would think the owner of a company would know customer service.... After 3 months many phone calls and emails from me and hardly any response from anyone at this company. They charged me to fix their mistake of recommendation for first purchase. Took over a month to get it fixed and then spoke with owner (Jason) said he had the one I needed and would swap it. I received the same one as the first one!? He charged me $45 to ship the new one and return the first wrong one. I felt that was fair and paid. After receiving the wrong one twice and then taking another month of me bugging them to send the correct one I was frustrated. I felt I was not wrong for requesting a refund of the $45. After three emails asking how they would like to refund the money I finally got a call from Jason and he literally belittled me and called names because I asked for the shipping to be refunded. It's not like I was asking for the whole thing to be refunded. He told me flat out it was a "dirt bag" move to ask for the money back. He then said I will have bad karma coming my way because I asked for money back. Also he said if he knew what type of person I was he would have never sold to me. THIS WAS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY!! I paid for a product and got wronged twice and I am the bad person?? Three months and over 20 emails and over 30 phone calls to try and resolve this. But I am a dirt bag...? Stay clear from this company. Give your money to a smaller company that may charge a bit more. You will have better support if something goes wrong.

    DO NOT US THIS COMPANY. ZERO STARS I was quoted 8-12 weeks on the production of a hot tub cover. I waited the full 12 weeks to call about the status of the order. I was told it was made and ready to ship out on a truck the following Friday. I made sure to call them on that Thursday to remind them of my order. They said it would ship out the next day and Id get an email as soon as it was scanned. I never got an email. So I called the following Tuesday to inquire, and they said IT WILL BE ANOTHER 4 WEEKS. I asked what they would do to make the situation right, and they said I could either wait or cancel the order. I decided to cancel the order, and they said the money would show up in my account in 5 business days. Only time will tell how long this JOKE OF A BUSINESS will actually take to return my money and how many phone calls it will take to get it done.

    An ice storm destroyed our hot tub cover at our rental property. Placed a rush order on 2/23/2022 and received our cover on 3/3/2022. While expensive when doing a rush order, well worth it if you are in a pinch.

    DO NOT do business with these CROOKS! No customer service at all,. Bought a spa cover a year ago, started coming apart at the seam within a month. Contacted the company, was told to send Pics, so I did, got an automated response that they were reviewing it. I've called several times, e-mailed many times, no one will respond. Once they take your money, you will NEVER hear from them again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    I bought a basic cover five years ago, and it lasted a couple of years - no complaints. When I bought my new cover, I upgraded to the five year cover (twice the price). It failed in 2 1/2 years, and Spa-mart will not honor the warranty, which by the way, only appears to only cover three years on the foam. What else fails? In fact, they have ghosted me completely.
