Before coming to work for Globe Life Liberty National Division Life Insurance Company (LNL) in 2012, Addison Everett was a general manager for a furniture company based out of Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He sold furniture, trained managers and employees, and helped them develop the branding for the entire company.Addison learned about Globe Life Liberty National Division after meeting with Kevin Peterson and Veta Melvin to discuss the Company, I was hungry for a career in this industry after I saw the success of some of the people I knew in the business. Since joining, he and his Agency, the Addison Everett Agency, achieved some lofty goals.His greatest accomplishment has been assisting in the development and success of people who come to his Agency with no insurance background. Addison says, We were able to provide them with the systems and culture to propel them into solid careers with our Company and promising futures. Addisons training involves true mentorship, like sharing lessons learned along the way.He also worked side by side with Kevin Peterson in Oklahoma, helping to build one of the most successful agencies in the entire company in only two years. Under Kevins leadership we were able to prove that the systems provided by the Company will work for anyone if they just trust the systems, says Addison. His faith in the system has awarded Addison and his team the ability to win a few local awards in the Peterson Agency, contests for both 101 and 201 Leadership Academies, a Company wide worksite contest, and become the number three Agency Director in the entire Company during 2015.Addison says, Growing two startup offices, bringing people along, and seeing them earn a better living than they ever have in their lives is the most rewarding part of joining LNL. As long as someone is ready for real commitment and hard work, he or she can accomplish what they want with Globe Life Liberty National Division. When it comes to determining whether this is the right career, Addison says, I remember when I was considering it too, and since I became a part of the excitement, with Gods help, it has changed my life. Not only does he get to help people by providing products to help families, but Addison also helps people outside of work as a pastor.Addison is a member and a pastor at Church of God, who help through providing mission homes in other countries including Mexico, Haiti, and Nepal. They support and love the children that rely on these homes. While the church is his first love, he spends all free time with the important people in his life his family. My family and I enjoy traveling, and because of the incentives afforded us by Globe Life Liberty National Division, we have been able to visit places we may have never otherwise visited.
