        Total screw up. used a Groupon. Made appt., never showed up. Called , said appt. was for next day. Assured me they would be there. never showed the next day. Called them back. Said there was issue with their calander and I would have to contact Groupon to get refund. Meanwhile house is tore up and my carpets are not going to get cleaned in time for an event in my home. Don't trust anything they say!!!!

        TMS is amazing! The technician was very friendly and professional. He was able to get stains out of my carpet that I thought were permanent. Highly recommend!
