Senour-Flaherty is customer-centered. We were customers for many years living in Lebanon. We recently moved back to the area and did not even consider going to a different firm. My car was hit in a parking lot. I was rather rattled by the incident so I called Senour-Flaherty and Caroline was so kind! She talked to me, made me feel better and talked to the person that hit my car and let me know what would happen next! Things went just like she explained! I have an appointment to have my car checked out and know that I will have a loaner car! She emailed to make sure I was fine! I truly appreciate your service!
