I called and they scheduled a time to come out in an orderly manner. They knew how to fix our refrigerator right away and fixed it with no problem. Highly recommend!

Called for an oven repair. They came early the next day and fixed the issue quickly. They even fixed a rack that has been stuck on the track for a year without asking. The price was reasonable for the service. Would definitely use again if I have appliance issues.

Sam is excellent! We have used him 3 times now, and this past time he went out of the way to quickly fix our oven because I had a wedding cake to bake! Great service and super knowledgeable!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Do not use him. He didn't complete our repair and blamed it on me saying I didn't say there was that issue. He also told me I needed to pay $450 for my ice maker to be repaired and I found out it just needed to be reset. He also made life treats at my finance saying he knew where we lived. You are a liar I never said it wasn't spinning I said it was still leaking after we replaced he hoses you said. And you are way off in your timeline it was not 5 months ago when I called. You said there was a 3 month warrantee and I called after 6 weeks you told me you couldn't come until 8 weeks later because you refuse to come to Oakley during certain parts of the day. Learn how to not threaten your clients I'm glad someone else is taking you to court. In response to your comment you have the story completely wrong that was not what happened with my situations you are a liar. Our issue was within one week of your "repair" and for you to say I used explicit language is in correct you clearly have no idea what you are talking about. Again I would not use this company and consider anyone else to make a repair
