Brian II did a great job on the installation of my new toilet- he was professional and thoroughly explained his estimate and what was needed to do the install. The entire experience with The Rooter Works was very good. From the dispatchers to the plumbers, they were all very professional and courteous. Shoe and Brian were our plumbers and they quickly diagnosed the issue with our water heater and worked with us to replace it. We also worked with Jeff to run a new outlet for the tankless water heater. We are very happy to have worked with Shoe, Brian and Jeff and would recommend their services in the future! Thanks! Another great experience with The Rooter Works today!! Brian Merrill Sr. came out to check a possible issue with our sewage pump. We have used this company for several years and every single person that has worked on our home or business have been professional, friendly, and ready to fix the issue efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Brian Sr. did not disappoint. He found the problem and was able to fix it in a timely manner. After discovering a leaking hot water heater late one evening, my husband began calling several plumbers who never returned our calls. I found The Rooter Works online, left a message, and a very professional and polite dispatcher called us first thing the next morning. Bill, a technician, was at our house within an hour. He was very professional, friendly and extremely competent. Bill had to drive to get a new tank for us, and installed it that very day. Later, Anthony, another competent and friendly technician, assisted in completing the installation. Bill removed and disposed of the old tank leaving our basement completely clean. Our experience was excellent and the new product exceeds our expectations. We highly recommend "The Rooter Works" and plan to call them first when we encounter a plumbing problem in the future.
