        Chuck is friendly enough if you never need to make a claim. His customer service stops there. We were customers for almost 10 years and only made two claims. Both went horribly due to his lack of supervision. If you are looking for an agent that can support you (acquire police reports, file claims on your behalf with at fault drivers insurance, or handle simple storm property damage claims), I suggest using another State Farm agent. Chuck seems too busy to be bothered to help his customers.
