Ellsworth Well & Pump

Chuck was the only person to answer the phone and help me with a problem not many people would. I am a contractor not in the same trade but was on a service call to one of my long term clients. The well casing had a crack and needed repair from flood water getting into the well contaminating the well water. Called every where to get 5. PVC. No luck finally found some in Columbus. 17$ a foot 20 foot minimum. Called Chuck. He absolutely save the day and went the extra mile to even help me with a well casing head. At the most reasonable price. And didnt hold me to a 20 minimum. Not only was he the most personable person Ive met. But extremely hard working and Knowledgeable if I ever and I mean ever ran I to someone needing any well work. I will absolutely turn them to Ellsworth. Thank you Chuck!

These folks are phenomenal. They were able to assist my 88-year old mother-in-law with an emergency well pump issue that nobody else would touch. They were quick, friendly, and honest, and had us fixed up in no time. Highly recommend.

Great company. Great people. Our well pump went out but luckily I found Ellsworth Well & Pump. We recently moved to the area and had no clue who to call. Chuck and Chris showed up the next day to replace it. Very professional, knowledgeable, honest and full of integrity. Highly recommended.

I couldn't stress how amazing these guys are. We had a submersible installed in an old and questionable well. Everything was fine until the well collapsed around the pump. Chuck came out on a weekend (with his son, whom he had plans with that day) to try to resolve the issue and save the pump. He came out the next day (Sunday) and worked all day to try and rescue the pump since it had a warranty. Even after he couldn't save the pump, he gifted us another when they had to dig a new well. That day, Chuck stayed to resolve issues for us he didn't need to, and he didn't charge us for any of the work he did. He ended up leaving us with a hose so we could hook up to our neighbors water temporarily. These guys are hard working, affordable, responsive, and they care. They're local, they all have families, they're professional and have been doing this for a long time.
