Supposedly we are on a plan that is automatically supposed to send us CPAP supplies. They never have sent 1 supply, when asked after nor supplies for over 10 months, just a mumble of we are not sure and will send them as soon as we can. Well, he we are a year later and we are up for another 3 weeks of phone tag, leaving messages on the phone and frustratingly horrible customer service and failing merchandise delivery. It is unfortunate that they are one of the only companies in this area...perhaps that is why they are still in business.

Zero Stars Being a medical service company, I expected a high degree of professionalism and human concern unfortunately, I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this unprofessional, incompetent, lackadaisical company.

This is the only company who has a contract with a patients insurance. I just tried to order DME for my patient who is leaving and was told since its not a hospital bed or oxygen, they wont deliver it and we are to drive 1.5+ hours so this patient can discharge safely. Do yourself a favor and pick a company who cares.

I've previously gave them 4 stars. Their billing sucks. For almost 1 year I have tried to have my insurance coverage changed. Everytime I tried they still get it wrong. Also, terrible ch customer servic!!!

Horrible customer service for their customers. I had purchased a cpac machine and had an appointment for someone to help me with the setup. She never called. Then two days later a girl from the office called wanting to setup a time for someone to call me. I told her I had an appointment but no one had called. She said my appointment had been with Carla and she does her own schedule so shed have to get hold of Carla. Carla called back a couple of hours later and acted very irritated to be calling me. She said she was totally booked but she might be able to squeeze in 30 minutes at the end of the day. I told her the end of the day wouldnt work for me. Carla said well Im off the next two days (which was really 4 days because she doesnt work weekends). I said how about Monday at 9. She said fine Ill call you Monday at 9 (still no apology for not calling before). Monday came and still no phone call. I called their office at 930 and talked to 3 different people, each time explaining the situation, (still no apology from any of them). I finally was able to send the machine back, after I receive my ups shipping return label, which they said could take 7 days to get here. They are in Marietta and Im in Vienna (a 20 minute drive). Somehow Im holding my breath that I get the label and they reimburse me for the machine.). Ive dealt with the public my entire life and the first thing a employee with good customer service skills would have done, would have been to apologize. Not at this company!!! I am giving them 0 stars but I have to give them 1 star in order to post and would not ever recommend them!!!
