Don't go to this T-Mobile the guy Shaw Will up sell you and lie to you about the bill and the manger mike don't care really care Shaw told me my bill would be 225 for 2 iPhones 14 and iPad look at bill it say 307 bucks had go to another location to get my bill lower and call corporate than when I wanted to return the iPadTold me I have pay the restocking fee which was 75 bucks when I payed 75 for iPad yeah just don't go here for your T-Mobile needs give them zero if could

Got my free head lamp courtesy of Tmobile Tuesdays give back program. Also got assistance from the mgr. He was super knowledgeable and very friendly. Much better experience dealing with him than the workers.

I came here to buy my 9 year old daughter a phone for her birthday. As I was looking over the receipt a few days later I noticed they charged me for the black phone case and a screen protector which was going to be broken into installments on my bill and I wasnt charged the day I got it which is why I didnt notice. I went to the store today and the guy tells me I authorized it. I said NO, I authorized getting the phone. I was NEVER informed that Id be charged about $70 for those items cause if I had I would have never agreed to that. The phone case was black, I went and got a pretty one off Amazon the same day. Why would I pay $30 for a black phone case for my 9 year old daughter?! Then he says all phones must have a case and screen protector purchased before leaving the store or the phone will have to be ordered. I told him thats not true because I didnt have to do that with ANY of my phones and I wasnt even told that to make a decision. Anyway, he said it was nothing they could do. So soon as I left I called customer support. The person who helped me basically confirmed what he said wasnt true at all and my problem was solved in 5 minutes. They gave me a $70 credit on my bill. And he was going to file a complaint against the store because it wasnt representing the value and rules T-Mobile upholds. This store is being deceiving and hoping people wont notice and lying about it. Its more to this but this review is long enough lol. I have been with T-Mobile for over 10 years and Im very upset this store tried to swindle me out of my money. I will never return to this location. Check your receipt when leaving here.
