Professional!! They were able to come out to a house that I owned and install a new waterproofing system for me on a wall that was having water intrusion issues. They kept the job site very clean and were very professional the entire time. Highly recommend and will use again in the future!

We had work done in our crawl space- supplemental beams installed! Company did a great job! Cleaned up entire crawl space, very professional and Knowledgable. We are so happy now that our house has been stabilized and even feels study! No more gaps on the ceiling from sinking floors. We highly recommend this company and will use them again for other housing issues.

So so so happy with our experience with Ohio Custom Waterproofing & Drainage. My basement has been transformed! Walls are reinforced and supported and a new drainage system installed. This project was done at a house I dont currently live at, meaning that we often werent present while work was being completed. The owner was so communicative and professional, giving us updates as often as possible and was always readily available to answer questions we had along the way. He was open and honest and realistic throughout the entire process and we cannot thank him and his crew enough for taking on this overwhelming project for us and making it seem like a simple fix. If your looking for hardworking, knowledgeable people to do the job right, with good communication and an extremely fair price you should go with these guys.
