Dr. Shelley talks down to you and passes judgement on the medications you have been prescribed. I looked pass the reviews and continued going. Shelley humiliated me and I left feeling embarrassed and ashamed and honestly violated. There are too many good doctors in this city to go to this practice. I think they are highly unethical in many ways. From billing to bedside manner.

Dr. Schottinger is the best, Lucy is wonderful. Dr. Shelly needs to work on her bedside manner. But I do highly recommend them.

SCAM ARTIST!! Same complaints as the others. Great nurses. Can never get you in right away. Front office and billing are nightmares to deal with. Will steal $100 a year just to have access to them, then defraud you on miscommunication like wellness checks at no cost to you but then they bill it differently to get more money.

Doctors & Nurses are good but the staff is awful, they never answer the phone & hours of operation on the website DO NOT reflect when they are open. It says 7:30am they might not answer the phone until after 8:30-9am. The office staff always enter my paperwork incorrectly and have to call me days after my appointment to verify my information even though I have been going there for over 5 years because its close to my house. Last time I just went to Milfords urgent care so I didnt have to deal with the office staffs incompetence while I was sick. Ive never had issues with the Doctors or Nurse practitioners BUT you have to get through the clueless office staff to make an appointment with them, its not always worth it.

Dr.Ted has been awesome the whole 14 years that i have been seeing him. Occasionally i have had to see Dr. Stanforth if Dr.Ted was not available but she has been equally as good. Get to know the staff before you pass judgment.. it is a busy practice but the staff has always been nothing other than helpful.
