Champps Americana

I like this place, it has great food, a bunch of TV's to watch games on; the only downside is the service. I used to come here quite often and sit at the bar (where the service is pretty good) but what is downright awful is if you come here and sit at a table. It takes the servers 30 min just to get you a drink, your food comes out cold, and the rest just rolls downhill from there. I really like the service at the bar, but stay the hell away from the tables.

One of the Worst dining experiences ever! My family & I were there for a retirement party of 30 that we scheduled last month so they knew we were coming. Our servers were polite but we didn't see them for 30mins at a time. We ordered our food & it took an hour to receive it. When we finally started to get our food only half the tables food came and it was all cold. 20 minutes later the other orders came and they were also cold. The manager did give almost all the meals free but in total we were there up to 2hrs without food. I will never return there again!
