Great Experience! I scheduled an online apt and arrived appx 35 min early. To my surprise I was able to be seen prior to my apt time..I was seen by a wonderful young lady that both took her time and listened to my concerns.. I would absolutely return to this location to be seen by her again!!

I accidentally gave this clinic a poor review online because I confused it with the urgent care facility that I went to immediately beforehand. Contrary to that review this clinic did an excellent job for my wife and me. We went there with covid and hoped to be given prescriptions for Paxlovid. The Nurse in charge was prompt, thorough, and personable. We were very happy with her diagnostic work and her explanations of the treatment and care. I would definitely recommend this TriHealth Clinic to family and friends. My apologies to the Clinic for my accidental online review.

This place bills your insurance as a Specialist, but that is not clarified upfront . Luckily my cost, for a specialist is less than 50. This same visit with my primary at trihealth would have only been 20. I am now switching to mercy, this is the 2nd time Ive been billed for a specialist visit when I booked a sick visit for bronchitis.
