Fedex is a joke of a delivery company. When you call the company they tell you it is all locally owned and they can't really do anything about it. Loveland, Ohio is our delivery hub and is the worst. We have deliveries from all companies, Amazon, UPS, postal, DHL you name it. They all do a great job with the exception of Fedex. Fedex, no matter who the employees are will just throw your merchandise right out on the ground, not even attempt to put it on your porch or in a protected area. Today we had 6 boxes delivered and placed in the pouring rain right at the edge of our driveway. These boxes were heavy, I'll give you that, but if you don't have the equipment (two-wheel cart) or the strength to do the job you should not be a delivery driver. If I have any preference when shipping I will never select Fedex as my carrier, they should be out of business if they can't control what is being done with deliveries any better than what I have experienced numerous times.

Literally nothing about my experience has been easy or pleasant with FedEx, I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone, ever.

I dont understand how hard it is to deliver a package to the correct address. The delivery guy always delivers the package to the neighbors house

This is the second time this facility (Commerce Blvd., Loveland) has the courtesy to hold packages for me/ my business beyond the standard 5 day and give me a follow-up courtesy call. They clearly understand that owning a business is challenging. FedEx, whether this facility or their drivers, is very supporting of my business.
