Lightfoot William J DDS

Its been 2 years and 8 months and I still don't have my braces off. They would make another excuse to keep me coming, and keep us paying. They purposely broke off a bracket just to get paid more. As I can say so far, I'm like his little money bag. In the beginning I had to get my upper jaw spaced out in order to get my bottom teeth done. The spacer was horrible... Day by day it would slowly cut into my tongue. I would wake up in pain mostly everyday. I made an appointment to see him about this, but all he can say is "this never happened before". Then sent me out the door. Months later the spacer broke in my mouth, and I had to take a pair of pliers to rip it out. Just don't even go here, is a waste of your time.

Good experience so far. The staff at Loudonville Dental Associates has been very friendly and professional. We've had two of our kids fitted with braces by Dr. Lightfoot. He's quiet, but knows his stuff. Seems the negative reviews have more to do with insurance than his ability as a DDS.That's a bit unfair, don't you think?

If you actually want your child to have their teeth improved, go somewhere else. This office will do nothing but jerk you around. They aren't doing this to help kids. 10 months after our son's initial visit, they finally told us our insurance denied braces even though we had a prior approval with the same insurance before moving here. Someone isn't doing their job right.
