The landlord is aging and no longer in charge. He makes a habit of renting to friends and relatives. If one person does not like you, there becomes a concerted effort to make you miserable and he allows it to happen. My year prison sentence is nearly over. That is what this place feels like. I am disabled and I have been bullied, harassed, abused and had criminal acts perpetrated against me by other tenants at this complex. People do what they want here with no regard for the lease, mainly because the landlord does not enforce it. They have figured out that he does not mean business. Watch everything when maintenance enters to fix anything. I had a very expensive pair of binoculars disappear following a maintenance visit. In short, I definitely would not recommend this place at all. I wish I had never heard of the place.

I loved this place. The landlord was very attentive when needed n very nice. I moved out of state but I would have stayed had I not moved . Would recommend this place to anyone
