I called yesterday and they were able to fit me in today! Their customer service is excellent, both on the phone and in person, and pricing is far better than I would've gotten elsewhere. Carl was very friendly and informative when he got here. I love that they're a family owned business. I highly recommend their services and will be recommending them to any/everyone I know. They will definitely be who I call for future needs.

My wife and I moved into a new to us home back in October of 2020. We have never had a home with a septic tank before. Over the weekend we had slow flushing toilets and other drains that would not drain. We texted Carl on their emergency line around 1145 pm. It was not an emergency but we did want it to get worse on Sunday and have a huge mess. Carl called me around 8 am the next morning asking how they could help. I explained the situation to him. He asked me check out a few things and get back to him if the things he asked me to check did not resolve the issue. He said he would be happy to come out on Sunday but that the rate would higher than the normal business hour rate and would rather not charge that emergency rates unless it was really warranted. I checked the things he told and found a blocked at the end of an output pipe. I cleared the blockage and everything is working as expected. I will not hesitate to call on Carl and his team in the future when we have an issue that requires them to come out. It was great to see someone that really cared about us as customers and not just a source of revenue!
