Loved coming here until the last 3 visits. 3 orders in a row now, items on the online menu were labeled incorrectly leading me to lose 10% discounts and receive items I would not have purchased if they were labeled correctly. I was also charged for a 'free' grinder that I didn't want or ask for. Today will be my last order here.

Drove an hour after they accepted and confirmed my order. The guy takes my Id and med card comes back out and tells me I cant get my medicine because I dont have an Ohio address which they knew as Ive shopped here before. The guy specifically said they were supposed to tell me that last time I was there, obviously I would remember that conversation before I drove and wasted my day. They could of called when my order was placed and let me know. Super unprofessional, I understand following the rules but you cant follow them sometimes and not others.

Great variety of products. Budtenders are very educated in their products and provided the best experience. Loved the smoothie gummies! Further away from my residence and there are plenty of dispensaries nearby, but I will be taking the extra drive to Pure because it truly is that much better!
