Hocking Hills Serenity Cabins

We stayed at the kallis cabin. Our only complaint is the shower only have luke warm water when set at hot and the tubs hot water pressure was low so it took a little bit to fill the tub even after maintenance came to try and fix it. Other than that our stay was great and our cabin was beautiful.

My husband and I stayed in the Piccolo cabin for our honeymoon this past October. We loved it! The cabin was the perfect size for us, our favorite part was the hot tub on the secluded back deck. I forgot to take a picture of the outside of the cabin so I just used the one from the website. And also if youre in the area and love coffee you have to go to Oasis 2.0

We recently stayed at 8 Dudes Cabin. The cabin itself is a very nice layout and perfect for groups. I am judging solely off past experiences compared to current. Pros: - Great amount of space - Hot tubs worked - Pool Table - Cost effective - Moderately cleaned - Dishwasher Cons: - Tap water gross, very iron heavy. Had a film over any of it we boiled. - For the fees theyre able to charge you for various penalties, those fees werent used to enhance the experience. (i.e if we can be charged for a broken couch, or for one too many people you see come in, why arent those fines being used to put good furniture back into the cabins?) 2 of the couches were significantly damaged upon arrival which can make you nervous because you dont want to get charged for them. Some other minor issues with dirty shower heads, and smaller damages noticed. Overall not a deal breaker. - No wifi/cell service (this is a knit pick just because I didnt book the cabin myself, so it may have been stated, but you can find other cabins at the same rates that have better amenities) - TV had no working remote, but even at that point it wouldnt have mattered because there was no internet. - No washer or dryer (with two hot tubs and showers it was hard to have dry towels or clean towels with 10 people) Overall a was in the middle on this one, the experience itself wasnt horrible, it was just good. Not amazing, just good. Compared to other options, we seemed to have more offered to us at other areas, but if youre wanting a getaway at an affordable rate this is an option worth looking into.

We had planned this trip for about 2 or 3 months to start off the new year with a great trip with friends. We were so excited when we got there and thought the outside was beautiful at first glance. But as we were bringing in our bags my boyfriend's foot went STRAIGHT THROUGH THE DECK and he almost broke it (within 5 minutes of pulling in) and we noticed the wood was rotting (this is right by where the stairs were ). We went inside and again at first glance everything was gorgeous until we went in the bathroom and the ceiling was COVERED in black mold and as we were unpacking we noticed it had spread to the bedroom on the left . That night as we were making dinner we pulled out utensils that we had to REWASH because they were put back still greasy and dirty. The whole cabin was dusty and when we went on the deck to look at the view there was trash all over right below us. But I think the most disheartening thing was emailing them about the issues (with picture and video proof) and were called liars. Never EVER returning. Thank you for ruining our first vacation of the year

My experience staying in Hocking Hills Serenity Cabins with my family was wonderful!! We stayed in was the Maple Ridge Lodge in 2017 and it was more than amazing we had a great time and everything was so up to date and just perfect! This year 2022 we just decided to stay at the Lone Star Lodge. Now yes we still made do with what we were given and had a great time with the family from out of town but we had to sit on the most uncomfortable, old and worn out couches they had in the living area and it was terrible!! Honestly this was main issue about this place!!! Especially knowing how much money weve payed to stay here!! The blinds to the windows were all completely broke and pieces were missing!! And lastly they had 2 surround sound systems for our use and only 1 of them worked!! We were completely dissatisfied and wish we had spent our money on a better Hocking Hills Serenity Cabin. So from now on we will not be renting out the Lone Star Lodge ever again and hopefully their other cabins will be like the first one we stayed in!!
