Can never get ahold of anyone! No one answers the phone. No one ever calls me back when I leave a message!

Informed them that I had switched jobs and moved out of state with my family. I didn't get a paycheck right away. They ended up threatening to suspend my license if I didn't pay the 60 dollars that I owe. That's right I missed one payment and they are threatening not only my livelihood, but the livelihood of my family. On top of that I didn't receive their notification until 8 days after they sent it. It was the weekend too so I couldn't get a hold of them. I only get 10 days and then no more license.

Was a horrible exprexperice!! If you want a call back you best keep waiting! NEVER knew I was behind on support, but apparently I was at the same time my taxes were gonna come back. I tried calling my case worker 20 times, left 3 VM and nothing. No return call from her, at all. She sent a letter instead even after I told her how urgent it was. I can't tell you how had annoyed I was!

This children services substation needs shut down. The address listed (SR 664) is NOT correct - the Hocking Co. Health Dept is at the address listed. The REAL location of this office is with South-Central Ohio Job & Family Services at 389 W Front Street in Logan. If you CALL the number listed here, you will most likely be hung up on by the automated system or will be prompted to leave a message. Don't bother though, because your phone call will never be returned. If you think you can avoid all of this by just stopping by the office... uuuhh ... don't waste your time. You WILL be told to fill out their 'Child Support Enforcement Agency Information and Contact Request Form. In that form, you WILL circle the word 'Yes' beside the question, "Do you want a call back?" and you WILL NOT receive a call back. If you are a dude, you won't be helped here. This place is a cauldron of unabashed misandry ... a man-hating cesspool, where even the best dad is made to feel worthless, inept, and unworthy. Will your credit be negatively effected? Yes! ... Will any information you provide be overlooked or misconstrued? Yes! ... Will you have any recourse for the caseworker errors? Nooo!! No one will listen, because you will never be able to talk to anyone. "Hey!, maybe I will call the main Child Support Enforcement Agency number in Columbus!!", you tell yourself - Nice Try, but they will tell you to call the Hocking County office. The Columbus rep will even be so kind to give you the same automated number you've dialed in the past so you will be hung up on again. So, just give up guys... its a losing battle. Hire an attorney - it may be the only way to be heard - or if you're like me and can't afford one, just take your lumps until your child is no longer under their jurisdiction. Try to keep your head up and remind yourself that not every governmental agency is as pathetic as this group.
