I had a hard time giving this place one star, it is under new ownership and the quality has went straight to hell. The menu stated 6 wings in an order however we were told by our waitress it was only 5 now because they went to a larger wing, I’m guessing the previous wings were quail wings because these were about the smallest chicken wings ever and they were the ones that are sold by Cisco as a second with broken bones and deformed pieces. I ordered a sub and I ordered extra meat, it had 6 of the smallest cuts of meat I had ever seen, paper thin. I still had to take the meat off one half my sub and place it on the other half so I could eat it, the bread was so dried out it just fell apart as I was trying to eat it. We were told the chicken hadn’t changed under the new ownership (my wife’s favorite) it was nothing like the old broasted chicken and on top of that, it tasted like fish from their dirty deep fryers. Do yourself a favor if you have fond memories of JR, just be satisfied with those and don’t expect the same wonderful food that you use to get there. The new owners obviously don’t eat their own food or at least not the same food they serve to their customers. We were very very disappointed.

They have recently changed the name to The Pump House. It's a great place to gather with family and friends. You can sit inside and enjoy the local charm or enjoy the enclosed patio outside. Lots of good food to choose from! Some of my favorites are the double cheeseburger, meatball or Italian subs. Even the pizza is quite good!! Great prices, friendly staff, overall great experience!
