At 10:30 PM we found our newly finished basement flooded. I called Modern Process Plumbing because this company offered 24-hour service and could not be happier with the service we received. Matt fixed the problem along with helping us find a restoration company to help us the next morning. If it were not for Matt and MMP the losses would have been far greater. My basement drains decided to overflow Tuesday evening. With water overflowing into basement I called Modern Process Plumbing at 7pm. They arrived at 7:16 pm. Got to work immediately. Had the water flowing by 8. I would recommend Modern Process Plumbing to anyone. Large or small jobs. Thanks again Modern Process Plumbing!

Really feel its about time I posted for this company. I have had three different jobs completed. The first very minor. Had some garbage saddle valve which needed cut out and replaced with new line. Was happy with results. Jumped a step up to new hot water tank replacement. Could not have turned out better. Then was the big task, full bathroom pipe gut and re-plumb. They even took the time to finish off cosmetic areas that weren't up to their standards, even though I didn't hire them for that. Great service, great people...Great Job!

Literally did not show up for the appointment and when i called he did not write it down 0/10 recommendation.

Our hot water tank went out on Thursday, 11/27, and there was not an available plumber to help. This was the only place open at the time. When my fiance spoke with the guy we were told that the hot water tank was not in stock, but we could get it in on Monday and installed. So for days we've been without hot water for all of our necessities, but it was okay because it was going to be fixed on Monday at 9:30 am. They never showed up for the appointment, and told my fiance that they recalled the conversation but apparently forgot to write the appointment in. This is not how you run a business. If you make appointments, you keep them. Now we are still without hot water 4 days later and there is a big snow storm coming in tonight.
