Personal Touch Retirement

Personal Touch has been home for my Aunt for many years. The staff has been wonderful and caring especially April. Since I live out of state, it provides me with peace of mind knowing that high quality nutritional meals and snacks are prepared each day, and that residents feel as if they are part of a family. Conveniently located on the Main Street in historic Lisbon, Ohio, and is always a pleasure to visit.

This place is so wonderful! The staff is so warm hearted and extremely caring to the residents. I could not ask for a better place for my mother to be. It makes me happy to know that she is taken well care of and that there is wonderful personnel who go above and beyond to make everyone happy!

After searching for about a year And visiting several of the places that the best place is going to be Personal Touch Durwin likes people that live there and the care that he gets has been better than before I am thankful for Personal Touch caring for him

My brother Mike has been in Personal Touch for over eighteen years. From old owners to new owner Steve we as a family could not be more pleased with this facility. The staff is caring and go above and beyond and we have no worry that he is not being cared for. The house is well kept, the food is excellent and we like that they have the ability to roam freely. Our family was so blessed and grateful that a spot was available when we were looking for a place way back. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Personal Touch has the best and most caring staff that you will find. This is absolutely a family atmosphere. The home is clean and beautiful and the neighborhood is just beautiful, relaxing and inviting. The residents are treated with the utmost respect and their care is beyond excellent. I would highly recommend Personal Touch to anyone who is thinking about finding excellent care for their loved one.
